Uses: Cefaclor is a second-generation oral cephalosporin antibiotics, has a strong killing effect on a variety of Gram-positive bacteria and Gram-negative bacteria, antibacterial effect stronger than cefadroxil. Mainly used for urinary tract infections, upper respiratory tract infections, skin and soft tissue infections and ENT infections, etc.

Mechanism of action:

Clinically applied to the following infections caused by susceptible bacteria:

1. Respiratory tract infections: such as pharyngitis, tonsillitis, bronchitis, pneumonia, etc. caused by Streptococcus pneumoniae, Haemophilus influenzae, Streptococcus pyogenes (Group A hemolytic streptococcus) and Moraxella catarrhalis.

2. Otolaryngology infections: If otitis media is caused by Streptococcus pneumoniae, Haemophilus influenzae, Staphylococcus, Streptococcus pyogenes (Group A hemolytic streptococcus) and Moraxella catarrhalis.

3. Urinary tract infections: such as pyelonephritis, cystitis, etc. from E. coli, Proteus mirabilis,
